Easterseals Iowa is seeking team members to join us in the Bob and Billie Ray Child Development Center!

This position will work alongside children 6 weeks of age up to 5 years old in daily classroom activities while creating relationships with the children and their families that are served by the Child Development Center (CDC). Located at Easterseals Iowa's Camp Sunnyside, the Bob and Billie Ray Child Development Center is an integrated setting, where children with and without disabilities, have the opportunity to learn and grow together in a fun and unique environment!

Along with T.E.A.C.H., CDC employees also have the opportunity to participate in Child Care WAGE$ IOWA, (WAGE$). This program allows our employees to receive salary supplements, or stipends, based on the individuals level of formal education and commitment to their program after 6 months of employment.

Base wage starts at $14.75/hour and increases to $15.00/hour after a 90 day successful orientation period.
